Dr. Dino Maglic is a plastic surgeon with years of research and practical experience. A native of Bosnia, Dr. Maglic immigrated to the United States at the age of 11. He attended East Carolina University in North Carolina, graduating summa cum laude with a double major in chemistry and biochemistry. He continued his medical studies at East Carolina University's Brody School of Medicine, graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. During his first year of medical school, he conducted research at St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN where he studied pediatric sarcoma. He was also one of the few medical students selected to spend an academic year at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD and was part of the Medical Research Scholars Program where he studied rare diseases through the Undiagnosed Diseases Program.
After medical school, he moved to Utah to pursue surgical training at the University of Utah where he completed his six-year Integrated Plastic Surgery residency.
When not in the operating room or drawing awarding winning art, you can find Dr. Dino Maglic on the water fly fishing, carving his way down the mountainside skiing and spending time with his family and friends. With a blend of precision, creativity, and a deep appreciation for life's simple pleasures, Dr. Dino Maglic exemplifies the artistry of both plastic surgery and the art of living fully.
Dr Maglic is hands down one of the best plastic surgeons in the state of Utah. His attention to detail and patient care are second to none. He revised a tummy tuck for me and it looks 100 times better than the first doctor that did it. I also have a few friends that have had breast augmentations with him and we all agree that there isn’t another doctor we would go to.
I wish I could add more stars for this review as 5 do not do Dr. Maglic justice. From the initial meeting, I was completely put at ease with his professionalism and his competency. He listened to all my expectations and concerns and provided me with the utmost confidence that he could and would deliver. The surgery, postop, office staff, and, most importantly, results have exceeded every expectation and I cannot recommend Dr. Maglic enough to anyone who wants the very best plastic surgeon in Utah. There’s nobody else I would recommend more and you will only be disappointed if you go somewhere else.
